Met coworkers for a Christmas get together on Tuesday Dec.16 at 4:30. We all had drinks and ordered mains. I had steak, potatoes and broccolini. 6 hours later, cramps, vomiting, diarrhea and headache throughout the night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

had a slice of SPINOTTA pizza and the place was filthy — dirty tables that I had to clean myself with my own hand sanitizer, and no restroom. Within an hour, I got severe stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhea (clear food poisoning). Had to take charcoal tablets. Absolutely unacceptable.
