My husband ordered a Big Mac, salad and strawberry milkshake on November 27th. That night (and for nearly 15 hours) he had severe diarrhea. He also developed a high fever. Only, now, on December 4, he feels that he has recovered.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Fever

My boyfriend and I went on a date there and the grill was already really dirty before we put our food on it. We ordered a fish, beef, and chicken.
