We just came back from a trip to Punta Cana and our 3 year old developed a rash and fever on the last day, my 7 year old started vomiting and diarrhea and now my 10 year old is also vomiting and is complaining of headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Skin Rash
