undeclared presence of wheat (gluten) and sulphites in the product. To date, no allergic reactions associated with the consumption of this product have been reported to MAPAQ.
The product, branded as:
- GINGER VINAIGRETTE (Wheat and Sulphites) / Unitary Format
All lots whose label does not contain any mention of the presence of the allergens are subject to recall. The vinaigrette was packaged in a glass jar with a metal lid and sold refrigerated, exclusively at Boucherie Grinder's establishment.
People suffer from a wheat or sulfite allergy, or those with celiac disease or another illness induced by gluten ingestion should not consume the products and return them to the store where they were purchased.
