I completed an online inquiry on 4/4 regarding a foreign substance I found in my can. It was addressed by an employee who said likely glue. I emailed her back right away and haven't received a response. On 4/9 i emailed a director, no response yet.

While family had food poisoning - 12 hours of severe diarrhoea, cranks, nausea, sweating, fatigue.  We believe it was “deluxe chorizo” purchased on Tuesday 02/03/22. The only petdim  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else
