Suspected source: Not sure. Went to 2 off site excursions and only at riu buffet

My family arrived on Sunday. Started to feel sick with stomach pains, cramps, and diarrhea on Tuesday night. We did not leave the resort. Became sick at resort a little over half way through trip. Wife became sick shortly after returning home. Both had same symptoms. She was seen in Emergency Department and had her stool tested and she was positive for Shigella.
