Consumed only mcdonalds throughout the day, double mcspicy with cheese and a side of fries and milo. Got severe high fever the night itself with throbbing headaches and vomitted. Severe stomach pain the following morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

partner and I ate at Oyster Bank Funan on 8 March, ordered raw spicy salmon don, natural raw oysters, flavored raw oysters we both started developing food poisoning symptoms on 9 March (vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, fever) this is the only common meal that we had together  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
