Had kfc for supper last night(21/08/2023) Woke up at 4am this morning with diarrhea and vomiting AT THE SAME TIME, it's 3pm and I'm still sick, can't keep anything in and I'm thinking of going to the hospital because I'm dehydrated. Haven't been this sick in a long time.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration

Suspected source: I had dunked wings from KFC Eyetu Mall, my stomach has been awfully off since from 19:00 hours that's only two hours after I ate their dunked wings.
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
