I ate the sandwich at 4pm yesterday then woke up in the middle of the night about 1am vomiting and diarrhoea. I was awake until 11am being sick. I wasn't able to keep any liquid down until now (12pm). Still feel very ill.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Had a big Mac with fries at about 4:45pm. Starting feeling ill around 8pm and by 9pm had a really hugh fever and felt extremely nauseous. Have been bedbound for nearly 2 days with the occasional diarrhoea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
