My husband had the fish and he's got it worse than I do so far. We won't be eating at McDonald's anymore. The stomach cramps and gas pains are horrible! What the heck are they using for cooking oil now?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Gas, Cramps

My daughter ate a bowl with carnitas black beans and brown rice. 3 hours later she started feeling cramps. About 30 minutes later, she vomited a ton. She felt better for a couple hours, went to sleep, but then woke up vomiting. Hopefully we are done...:  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Had a 6 piece mcnugget and a quarter pounder bout 1030am. 1030pm that night fever sweating vomiting diahrea. Its been 4 days im still sick as a dog. Lost 15 lbs.
