Ate spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and cookie and one bite of a burger as part of the $5 meal #4. Not but a few hours later I started getting horribly sick. The burger tasted off so I didn't finish it. Upon closer inspection it turned out to be quite green. Ew.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a whopper with cheese, also french fries at approx 7;30 pm. I became sick with severe abdomen pain for about 4 hours with voimting for about one hour. The pain stopped after I had threw up all of my consumed food about 4:00 am today.… See more

10/4/17- 445pm Subway club, Italian herb bread, lettuce, pickles, cucumber, onion, ranch, chipotle sauce. Within 2 hours of eating I became very nauseas and began vomiting with chills and stomach pain. The rest of my family had McDonald's and did not get sick.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills

I ordered 4 carhop classic and I got 2 with ketchup and mustard with fries. And 2 with mayo and tots. Both of us that ate the mayo with tots, had severe stomach cramps and vomiting. We both have vomiting about 7 times last night... we ate the burgers about 8pm and we're in bed sick by 9pm  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps
