Lemon meringue pie bought from grocery store Just me. Opened pie and noticed meringue was flat (not puffed up) as usual. Still ate one slice and about a couple hours later felt nauseated. Yesterday  | Symptoms: Nausea

Inspectors went to the restaurant to follow up on a customer complaint about cockroaches. The inspector counted more than 45 multi-generational German roaches throughout the facility, and roach feces on outlets and beneath shelving.
