I ordered a Greggs toastie, and the young woman at the counter served me. Wife and I took granddaughter and had sandwich lunch with crisps and salad Saturday lunchtime. Granddaughter did not eat the salad. 2nd occurrence, thought it was a fluke the 1st time. Everyone who had the meatballs with gravy is now ill, persistent vomiting and diarrhoea. Those who didn't have gravy are fine. Took about 12 hours for nausea to kick in, about 24 for the vomiting etc  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
