Monday night had ribeye baked potatoes fried pickles & asparagus well the food took an hour then by 1:30 am that night I woke up throwing up with uncontrolled diarrhea I had to call an ambulance & go to the hospital  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Bad steak apparently  Steak had a strange look. Wife said hers looked like meat that was on verge on going bad. Mine looked ok but tasted very strange had 4 bites because I am a dude and eats very quick. I was like I think I may have screwed up.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea
