I ate a McDouble and a large fry. Not only did the employees screw up our order, but my husband and I have been up all night sick with the telltale signs of food poisoning. This franchise is absolutely run by garbage humans!!! Not the first issue we have had.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I've been drinking water mixed with a wide variety of flavored powder drink mixes called flavor enhancers, i.e. Welch's orange, also the pineapple & the grape flavors, Starburst strawberry flavoring, etc. I've been having a lot of trouble in the last few months with nausea & vomiting.… See more

Salmon Just me, 4 hours after eating I began to bloat, several hours later extremely sick with diahrea and vomiting, next two days nausea, chills and tingling in extremities. Headache off and on.
