I ate four cheese ziti, alfredo sauce with my breadsticks salad and i drank rasberry lemonade... started feeling dizzy n nauseated about 6 hours later then vomiting abdominal pains severe diarrhea blurred vision non stop also.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Blurry vision, Dizziness, Stomach Pain

I ate at Buffalo wild wings at 8pm and woke up at 3-4 am throwing up, stomach cramped and with really bad diarrhea right along with my 4 year old daughter we are the same food she finished the good I took home, and now I have to miss work from it when I really can't afford to  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps

Had chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger from the 4 for 4 menu at 1:00 pm on 7/13/17 on the Wendy's in Goodyear, AZ located at 1178 Litchfield Rd and about an hour after I started vomiting and with a lot of nausea and the chills.
