I ordered chicken strips and Mac and cheese along with my girlfriend also ordering a chicken tender sandwich, she only ended up having diarrhea, while I had to call of work because I’ve had diarrhea since last night, along with vomiting and nausea in the morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Wei-Chuan Beef and Green Onion Dumplings,
bought some frozen dumplings to have with my soup.
first day: diarrhea 9 hours later. Ahh i guess it was the leftover soup.

Second day: try dumplings again. Diarrhea 9 hours later.

I am very regular and only shit in the morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
