We ordered lettuce chicken wraps as appetizers, and than for main meal ordered chang's chicken, Mongolian beef and surf n turf. Felt nauseated with in 30 mins while at restaurant. Few hours later severe diarrhea and vomit. Never going back.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I got the surf & turf burrito and my husband got steak baja burrito for lunch. We both got really sick that night. We threw up numerous times and had diarrhea. I had to go to the hospital becuase I'm 29 weeks pregnant.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Two salads bought - Kale and cranberry with chicken and Southwestern chicken - both in round packages. One each eaten by myself and my daughter - both with nausea, vomiting plus my daughter had fever and headache. Lasted less than 12 hours  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
