Bought chicken nuggets, curly fries, and 2 tacos. 3am in the morning I vomited twice and had constant diarrhea. 2 days later I still have diarrhea. I got Food Poisoning here and will never go back to Jack in the Box.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Last night my 12yr old son had the Red's Tavern Cheeseburger and he woke up early this morning with abdominal cramps. He has been throwing up all morning. It is now close to 11:30am and it's the first moment he has slept. If this persists, I will be taking him in to Urgent Care.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps

Ate whopper with cheese 7/16 at approximately 6pm. Started with stomach pain and quickly turned to nausea, vomiting and diarrhea 7/17 about noon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
