I came into this McDonalds around 2:00PM on April 10, 2017. I ordered a large fry and a large sweet tea. I also had some ketchup with my fries. I started feeling sick around 4:00PM. I started pooping diarrhea 4-5 times in a timespan of 30 minutes.… See more

I had wings and fries around 3:30pm yesterday. I felt naseuous and my energy drained about 11:30pm that same day. I was vomiting, diarrhea, sweating, naseuous the whole night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Stopped for a late night shake around 9:20pm, I had strawberry (my daughter had chocolate). Woke up at 2:00am with diarreah and stomach cramps. several trips to the bathroom through the night. 6:30am this morning the vomiting started.
