I am so sick right now went to taco bell ate in car in drive way after leaving i got 4 miles away and started feeling sick. This is now 3 hours later I have had diarria so bad my stomach hurts so bad I May have to go hospital pain is bad I want to throw up but cannot. I am sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I came into this McDonalds around 2:00PM on April 10, 2017. I ordered a large fry and a large sweet tea. I also had some ketchup with my fries. I started feeling sick around 4:00PM. I started pooping diarrhea 4-5 times in a timespan of 30 minutes.… See more
