I had the shrimp tackle box with red beans and rice and tea last night 3-5-2017. I struggled with diarrhea and vomiting thru the night. A big vomit seemed to help the most. I have been in bed today, too wiped out to go to work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

2 hours after eating Chiptole on feb 6, 2017 I was severely hit hard with food poisoning. Throwing up every 45 min .. Going diareah.. I was so dehydrated I turned pale white. This has never happened to me .. And I will never eat there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
