Salad bowl: lettuce, chicken, steak, cheese, sour cream, spicy salsa. Yesterday at 6pm. 18 hours later diarrhea. 3 hours after that more diarrhea. Volcano poop because of spice. This is my usual order but never had diarrhea before. I’ve been going at least once a week for the past month.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Couldn’t stop throwing up the next morning and major diarrhea, body aches and fever, Noticed it mostly 10 hours after consumption of the sample platter. I still have some in the fridge  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Body Ache

ate a late lunch at Colosseum Pizza (had the stromboli) and had severe diarrhea late that night and the next day. Still am gasy but diarrhea stopped. No sickness in the family to explain this., already answerd above  | Symptoms: Nausea, Gas, Diarrhea

Ate a Double patty bacon cheeseburger. Became violently ill in a few hours. 48 hours and still ill. Went to ER, I adult. A few hours. Reporting for my sister as she is too ill to do it.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
