Food poisoning from San Jose Capital Ave. Chipotle. 11/27/24. 7 PM. Symptoms: stomach and intestine pain and cramps. Duration 4 hours 10:15 pm to 2:15 AM. Suspect: carnitas meat or beans inside burrito. No headache fever or chills.

Spicy Salsa Causes Diarrhea

Salad bowl: lettuce, chicken, steak, cheese, sour cream, spicy salsa. Yesterday at 6pm. 18 hours later diarrhea. 3 hours after that more diarrhea. Volcano poop because of spice. This is my usual order but never had diarrhea before. I’ve been going at least once a week for the past month.

Ate a chicken burrito bowl last evening around 6pm. I had no beans, just rice, chicken, fajitas, mild, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese, guacamole. This morning around noon, suddenly got a bout of diarrhoea. Everything was fine until then. My wife who had a veggie burrito bowl…
