I ate Chipotle Mexican Grill on 12/11/2018 I had a bowl containing (chicken, brown rice, black beans, bell peppers, sour cream, corn, avocado, and red salsa. 30 min later I had diarrhea and felt very nauseous and started vomiting uncontrollably. My stomach hurts a lot and went to the emergency room

I had a chicken bowl and started feeling sick about half an hour after. The main symptoms (diarrhea, nausea, chills) started in the morning 3 days later however.
