Steak Power bowl  One person got sick.  Stoicism started about 6 hours after dinner.  I couldn’t sleep with my stomach turning and gurgling. Then diarrhea all night and this morning with nausea

Had Fettuccine Alfredo for diner on April 2nd 2021 around 6 Pm., and after having dinner and went to bed around 10pm was okay but then at 3:45 am I was rushed into the bathroom with severe stomach ache and nausea, then diarrhea until now at 7:32 am !!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Ate a Dos Manos Baja style steak and shrimp burrito and after eating 25% of it, ran to the bathroom and vomited everything. After that I was fine. Waited a few hours before eating something else in my kitchen.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
