Eating a hamburger at Pacific Pourhouse, We had late lunch (4:30) there Sunday and were home by 5:30ish. As soon as we arrived home my son's stomach started to cramp and bloat. He was throwing up a few minutes later.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Cramps, Bloating

I ate on 6/13/2018 at Taco Bell. The free tacos that day. It had meat in it. Next morning onwards, I didn’t feel good. I have been throwing up, fever and diarrhea. It’s been4 days and fever is not going normal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a chalupa and a nacho supreme at 5pm, shortly after it was my cousins birthday and had a dinner at 930pm about 25 mins away.
