I ate on 6/13/2018 at Taco Bell. The free tacos that day. It had meat in it. Next morning onwards, I didn’t feel good. I have been throwing up, fever and diarrhea. It’s been4 days and fever is not going normal.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2018 年 1 日/19 日，我在美国加利福尼亚州联合城戴尔街的 Chipotle Mexico Grill 时，我在晚上 7 点左右订购了一份牛排卷饼然后带回家吃，大约几个小时后，我开始感觉发烧、恶心、呕吐和头晕，一旦我吐了一段时间，我感觉好多了，但是我确定是食物中毒，现在情况好多了

I ate a chalupa and a nacho supreme at 5pm, shortly after it was my cousins birthday and had a dinner at 930pm about 25 mins away. My stomach started hurting, became nauseas, and had to Uber back home. Now I am vomiting for 6 hours off and on. With a fever and cold sweats  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
