We both shared 1 small hamburger, never been so sick in our entire lives almost went to the emergency room both of us had severe diarrhea severe vomiting severe dehydration it was a worse than we've ever experienced will never eat at McDonald's again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
