I had two bowls of Lucky Charms. One at night and then in the morning the next day. I then proceeded to get constipation, insane amounts of gas that was hard to pass, painful stomach cramps, and a headache that took hours to clear up.. Yesterday, June 25, 2025 at approx 6:30 pm, I ate the Salmon plate with rice and veggies, along with a side salad. I did use approx 1 tablespoon of the Ken's Ranch dressing on my salad.
