I ate a frozen Boston market tv dinner, beef fried steak with mashed potatoes. Cooked well. Later that night woke up with horrific gut pain, vomited, diarrhea, then bloody diarrhea.. Purchased at Safeway, on powers. Boston markets frozen dinner  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool

Ordered Taco Bell 6:30pm tomatoes on crunchy Gordita tasted a little bitter. 12am had bad gas and stomach issues. Shivering and unable to get warm. Just before 1am vomiting started followed by diarrhea. As of 3am vomiting is still going strong.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Shaking
