I ate a Sandwhich from wendy’s and one of them was cut in half while the other wasn’t. I questioned it but I still ate it. The next morning I woke up throwing up every hour, and bad toilet issues each time I threw up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ordered 'wild chicken chalupa' and honestly, just thinking of it makes me nauseous. Symptoms included an inability to regulate body temperature, dehydration, muscle cramps/soreness, and perceptual difficulties (blured vision, differences in taste).  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps, Soreness
