Picked up the Hongos and Grouper tacos with Esquite corn bowl. Within 15 minutes of eating I experience horrible stomach cramps, waves of nausea, diarrhea, and cold sweats. Definitely no work tomorrow. Never again!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I bought a breakfast spinach egg white wrap in the starbucks on London Square around 12pm. By 5pm I started trembling and vomiting.
Felt very naseaus and weak. Threw up about 5 times until it was out of my system. I was not able to go to work the next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

I had the original chick fil a(fried) chicken sandwich with waffle fries and chick fil a sauce on March 27th at about 9pm and the next morning at 5am a terrible stomach ache woke me up. I felt very nauseous, threw up 4 times and had diarrhea.… See more
