On 8/2/16 I got a southwest chicken salad. The next morning I became very ill - vomiting violently and nonstop for 4 days straight. Even has to go to the ER. Terrible nausea and diarrhea as well  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the bowl with chicken, white rice, mild salsa, black beans, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. I am very disspointed because this was my first time at chipotle and this restaurant just opened a couple weeks ago.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
