Ate a Caesar salad at Wendy's. Within the hour, I was throwing up. Stayed in bed and woke up and had diarrhea. A fever started later in the day. I missed 3 days of my Disneyworld vacation. Wendy's took my info and never called me back.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal from there and a few hours later I was vomiting, diarrhea, fever and sweating! I know it was that because I had not eaten since that morning and I was feeling fine. Then I ate that around 12 and around 3 in the morning I woke up vomiting!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

1/5/2016 I had the SEC biscuit and the meal-sausage burrito and a bottle of orange juice at 9:30am. By noon I was vomiting and the rest of the symptoms set in for two days. The fever part was 102 by the first night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
