My wife and I had a sub and salad from the deli yesterday for lunch. Later that evening we experienced severe vomiting, diarrhea, and chills. It has been 18 hours and we are still experiencing symptoms. I suspect it was from the lettuce or another vegetable. I ordered the fish basket and French fries and onion rings. Halfway into my meal I had a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach then got nauseated and immediately threw ALL of it up.
