I ate the Hook & Ladder around 6:30 and by 9:15 I had severe abdominal pain and diarrhea. My husband had the steak & cheese and experienced the same issues. However, my son had just a ham sub with bacon and had no issues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

everytime i ate it i was throwing up with diarrhea ate the pizza next day i was sick happened about 4 times. uavent eaten it in a few weeks and i havent been sick at all. it was just me that got sick. it didnt affect my husband at all  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
