About 2 hours ago I had eaten some DQ fast food dinner, although the "flamethrower" burger was pretty good, my stomach and abdomen started to have an intense cramping pain causing me to rush to the bathroom... I felt very dizzy and had intense abdominal pain...  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Cramps

I got a ‘Boar’s Head’ Italian sub yesterday around 3pm. I drove home and ate it and immediately felt weird/dizzy. I began getting a headache and stayed dizzy then my stomach was cramping so bad..followed by nausea. Around 9pm I started throwing up multiple times accompanied with a fever.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness

I had been buying Great Value water. At first, I had no problem drinking the water. Then one Friday morning around 3:00 a.m. I awoke to .a bad case of diarrhea, End up in ER then hospitalized. 1 person got sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea
