Got an iced latte via drive through on my way home from work (nothing else). Now I'm violently sick and found from a search that they apparently include all sorts of ingredients in their lattes that cause diarrhea, stomach cramps, etc. First time to McD's in years, definitely the last.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Two buttermilk pancakes - old
two bacon was old
Two sausage was old

They're gave me coffee that was old and sour

Ordeted a 6 inch carved turkey sandwich on wheat. Lettuce, bell peppers and spinach. It tasted alright.
