Picked up pizza with meatballs and Italian sausage. Wife ate it first night and had severe diarrhea that night. I like a idiot husband didn’t believe her and proceeded to eat leftovers the next day and had severe vomiting and diarrhea 6 hours later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
