Ate at pad Thai house and had the red curry with chicken, generals chicken, and chicken fried rice. We found a large bone in the curry which was odd and then I threw up and had diarrhea and bad stomach cramps all night long.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

My boyfriend and I both got MOD pizza, suspicious enough that it seemed like both the workers had never worked there before. Our original orders were wrong and it also seemed like they were skipping over usual protocols. We both were throwing up about 5 hours later.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
