Went to eat there with my mom and we were both incredibly ill for the next two days. I was throwing up, had diarrhea and extreme fatigue for 24 hours! I got the sweet pork salad with mango salsa and cilantro lime dressing  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Fatigue

My daughter and I went to eat dinner at Costa Vida Wednesday night during the night I became violently ill and was throwing up all night long and into the next day, diarrhea and vomiting very extreme. Ate a pulled pork salad from there for lunch on October 31st and became very ill the afternoon of Nov 1.
