Wednesday night my wife brought home Culver's for supper from Dixon. I ate around 5pm. I woke up around 10: 30pm with an upset stomach and by 10: 45pm I began vomiting with watery diarrhea. I vomited until about 2am and ran a fever for 3 days.… See more

I ordered the triple layer nachos and added guacamole, which I usually don’t add, and got a cheesy bean and rice burrito, which I get all the time. I got nauseated immediate after finishing. I actually couldn’t bring myself to finishing the nachos. I gagged, felt nauseated… See more
