wake up, same feeling. But this time I’m nauseous and have fatigue and major headache. I felt the need to throw up but nothing was coming out. I had no appetite.. I ate breakfast around 2pm, didn’t help. I figured it would just go away. It’s day 2, and I feel the same. My stomach hurts, I had diarrhea, headache, nausea, and fatigue.
