I had grilled nuggets for the first time, next thing I know, next day that is, I felt nauseous! Later on I developed a fever and began vomiting. I couldn’t hold any of the food I ate down and could not sleep through the night. I’m still sick, but a tad better.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Spicy Italian on wheat with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, mild peppers, light mayo and mustard. 2 hours after eating I started feeling chills and body aches and running a fever of 101.8 and after 4 more hours vomiting and diarrhea. I’ve been sick for 18 days… See more

Had chicfila at about 1pm. I ordered the #1. With fries and a coke. And approximately 6:30 pm I was vomiting and had diarrhea for about 12 hours straight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
