3 days ago, I believe it was their Turkey Tom sandwich  I purchased the sandwich, only me, next day, I ate half of the sandwich which contained turkey mayo lettuce tomato oregano and cheese the other half was the same minus the turkey   | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Nausea

My wife and I ordered it on April 3rd for lunch. I had diarrhea that night. However, I had stomach aches, nausea, and extreme diarrhea the next day. My wife also had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea on April 4th. My symptoms lasted until the 6th.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Our best guess is a takeout order we had placed yesterday  Ordered it at noon - felt terrible by 7 and then by 9 all of my symptoms hit and couldn’t sleep due to not being able to leave the bathroom all night

Tuesday April 6th I ordered it in the morning and ate at home for both lunch and dinner. All Tuesday night I was severely ill, and couldn’t even drink water without throwing it up. I don’t know where or how I got sick, but food poisoning seemed to be the only thing that matched with my symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Two orders on April 6th & April 9th both from that location. April 7-9 feeling run down. On April 9th, food poisoning symptoms started 30 minutes after eating and lasted until April 13th.

Our work place ordered on Saturday April 3 and Tuesday april 6. Our entire office who ate the food got sick including myself. I had to go to the emergency room because of how dehydrated I was. I also missed 3 days of work due to being sick. This was from this location  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
