3 days ago, I believe it was their Turkey Tom sandwich  I purchased the sandwich, only me, next day, I ate half of the sandwich which contained turkey mayo lettuce tomato oregano and cheese the other half was the same minus the turkey   | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Nausea

My wife and I ordered it on April 3rd for lunch. I had diarrhea that night. However, I had stomach aches, nausea, and extreme diarrhea the next day. My wife also had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea on April 4th. My symptoms lasted until the 6th.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Tuesday April 6th I ordered it in the morning and ate at home for both lunch and dinner. All Tuesday night I was severely ill, and couldn’t even drink water without throwing it up. On April 9th, I ate it and my seven year old ate it. He did not get sick. I had a veggie #6 with no Mayo and added hot peppers, oil, and vinegar plus a large pickle. My son had a slim #6 with just cheese, packet mustard, the pickles off my sandwich and part of the large pickle. Our work place ordered on Saturday April 3 and Tuesday april 6. Our entire office who ate the food got sick including myself. I had to go to the emergency room because of how dehydrated I was.
