Tomato soup, apple bbq chicken flatbread. Diarhea, fever, vomiting, Sickness started 5 hours after eating. Started with general pain and fever before turning worse. Solved after 24-30 hours of sickness.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had the twice baked pasta with meatballs added, 3 hours later I started vomiting and having diarrhea about once every hour for 7 hours. Diarrhea once every hour for 20 hours, and nausea still persisting with occasional diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
