Bought the individual pizza at a gas station/convenience store Thursday evening. Ate it around 7pm. I was at work and wasn’t feeling well. I had to go home, where I had severe vomiting and hours later diarrhea and a fever. I was sick all of Friday and most of Saturday  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Tomato soup, apple bbq chicken flatbread. Diarhea, fever, vomiting, Sickness started 5 hours after eating. Started with general pain and fever before turning worse. Solved after 24-30 hours of sickness.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
