I had a 10 piece chicken nugget with bbq sauce and a small fry. I started off with bad just pain and gas. The gas pressure became worse as the night went on and I eventually woke up out of my sleep with diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas

Serious fever, deep body chills, sweats, tarry stools that quickly liquefied, searing headache, stomach cramps, nausea, then constant diarrhea. Would not respond to OTC Tylenol.., I am the only one I know who got sick. Symptoms started 4 hours after I ate.  | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache, Chills, Sweating
