I had a veggie burrito on July 7, I woke up the next morning with diarrhea, nausea, and a fever of 102. I still have the fever and upset stomach and it is now the 9th  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I ate the Mac and cheese, piece of baguette, and a tiny bit of a tuna salad sandwich at the named Panera bread at 12:30 pm 7/7/18.
