Ordered a Big Mac and a double quarter pounder around 6pm and started getting nauseous around 8pm and was continually vomiting from them until about 6am and then vomiting a few more times throughout the next day. Diarrhea every couple hours for the following two days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered the blue wedge salad and french onion soup. About an hour after returning home, I've started receiving terrible stomach pains. Went in around 3pm and ate a bowl with white rice, black beans, quest, guacamole, salad, and hot sauce. Within a couple of hours I had a stomach ache and 4 hours later I had chills and a fever.
